1. Acceptance

By accessing utilitylaurelpath.click or enrolling in a session offered by Utility Laurel Path Co., Ltd. ("Utility Laurel Path," "we," "us"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or register for training.

2. Services described

We provide in-person and scheduled remote training on volatility regime reading for traders and related professionals. Website content is informational. Enrollment is confirmed separately in writing after we acknowledge payment or a signed corporate agreement.

3. No financial advice

Training materials discuss chart reading, classification frameworks, and sizing considerations for educational purposes. Nothing on this site or in our sessions constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument, or an offer of managed trading services.

4. Intellectual property

Workbooks, checklists, slide annotations, and site copy are owned by Utility Laurel Path or licensed for our use. You may use printed materials for personal trading notes. You may not reproduce, resell, or publicly redistribute workbooks or session recordings without written permission.

5. Website use

You agree not to misuse the site: no automated scraping that degrades performance, no attempts to access restricted areas, and no submission of unlawful or misleading content through contact forms.

6. Accounts and communications

We do not operate user accounts on this website. Communications you send via email or contact forms must be accurate to the best of your knowledge so we can respond appropriately.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Utility Laurel Path is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use or attendance at training sessions. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a specific enrollment is limited to the fees paid for that enrollment.

Trading involves risk of loss. Participants are responsible for their own trading decisions before, during, and after training.

8. Third-party links and images

The site may link to external resources or display images from third-party hosts. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or availability.

9. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Material changes affecting enrolled participants will also be communicated by email when practical.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.
